Look after your body it is your home and the only place you have to live
Food is important, it sustains us in more ways than we think. As the saying goes… ‘you are what you eat’. This is the best way to describe what food does for us on a whole, health conscious consumption is more than just weight control. Eating affects our mood, hormone regulation, the health of our organs and cells, effective nutritional absorption, the condition of our skin, hair and nails, bone and joint health, vision, strength and energy levels, healing and repair, cognitive functionality and our psychological well-being.
It is easy to get suck in routine and some do find the thought of trying new things or experimenting with the old very overwhelming…..and little scary.
The truth is that it doesn’t have to be a giant lifestyle overhaul, even small changes can help improve long term health.
In my experience most individuals that start to experiment with their food begin to enjoy the process, Eventually, they actively seek out and introduce new alternatives into their live’s willingly.
