As well as our library, we also have subscriptions for our online wellness programs.
The Somatic, Realign and Boot Camp programmes all require a subscription to access the course material.
The Shadow Work Master Class is entirely complimentary; however, to, gain access to the materials, a sign-up is required. This process will provide you with a password.

Shadow-work is the process of exploring and accepting the hidden parts of ourselves, including our negative traits, emotions, and thoughts. It involves acknowledging and confronting our ‘shadow side’, rather than trying to suppress or ignore it.
Shadow-work can be challenging and uncomfortable, but it is also an essential part of personal growth and self-awareness. By understanding our shadow side, we can learn to accept and love ourselves more fully, and we can develop healthier relationships with others.
To make the most of the help that is available, we need to possess a clear understanding of our starting point and our desired destination. This involves identifying our specific needs, assessing our current situation, and determining the steps required to bridge the gap between where we are and where we want to be.
