Hatha yoga, gentle and accessible practice suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Through a series of mindful postures (asanas) and controlled breathing exercises (pranayama), you will learn to harness your vital energy sources, cultivate inner peace, and enhance your overall health.
No prior yoga experience is necessary.
