Realigning Your Wellness: 28-Day Happiness and Purpose Journey

 

Through this course, you will learn a variety of techniques that you can adopt or discard based on your individual needs. Our goal is not to dictate what you want or need but to provide a structured toolkit that empowers you on your journey.

 

There are four weeks of study in total. Each week comprises a collection of lessons and is accompanied by a weekly task schedule. Each schedule can be downloaded from the attachments.

 

You can choose to read through all the lessons in sequence or just visit each of the lessons as and when the schedule sets you a task.

 

Each of the weeks is designed to help you structure and navigate a healing process.

 

  • Week One: Love Thyself First

This week is all about putting your needs first and awakening you to the importance of self-care and love. You will learn how to identify your needs and create a self-care routine that works for you.

 

  • Week Two: Wake Up To Live Your Dreams

This week is about creating healthy routines and mindsets that improve and sustain quality sleep and good nutrition. You will learn how to create a sleep schedule that works for you, how to eat a healthy diet, and how to manage stress.

 

  • Week Three: Make Like a Tree, Learning to Nourish, Ground, and Protect Yourself

This week is about learning how to set boundaries and how important they are for your future happiness. You will learn how to say no to people and situations that are not good for you, and how to protect yourself from emotional and physical harm.

 

  • Week Four: Rise and Thrive

This week is about using your new skills to create goals and a mindset that creates valuable changes in your future. You will learn how to set realistic goals, stay motivated, and overcome obstacles.

 

By the end of this program, you will have a deeper understanding of yourself, your needs, and your goals. You will have the tools and skills to create a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.
