Hatha Yoga – Glenfield
Something for everyone, This class works on good posture, pose breakdown, and performance. Variations of difficulty are offered for each pose so students can work to their strengths and at a pace at which they feel comfortable. This is an environment that is primarily for personal healing and getting to know yourselves better, This is a live class, please observe classroom etiquette when attending.

I began my yoga journey at a time in my life where I felt lost, at a time when I felt like I didn’t know what my purpose was. At this time in my life my sister introduced me to yoga, at my first class I felt as though everything had slowed down, I no longer worried about everything going on outside of the classroom, I was in my own little world, taking my time to listen to my body. It has been a roller coaster of highs and lows, but through practicing yoga, I let go of the stressful times, focus on my breathing and take time each day to tune into how I am feeling.
When I am sharing my knowledge with those around me, I feel grateful that I found yoga and it helped me and now I can help those around me feel the benefits of a yoga practice.
During my classes everyone is encouraged to listen to their bodies and move in ways that feel good for them, everyone is different whether you have practiced yoga for a while or just starting out on your journey we are all in this together, learning our bodies limits and tuning into how we are feeling. The best thing about teaching is seeing everyone at their first class and watching how they grow and develop over the weeks and months, being able to move their bodies in ways that they once found a challenge. Also growing as a community of people who are on their journey to self-care.
