Power Yoga

Power Yoga

Power Yoga combines yoga flow sequencing, with strength and endurance exercises.

As this class is held at Breedon Priory Health Club, you will need to book your space with the club directly. Call:  01332 864028

However, please be aware that it is a fast pace class that requires a good degree of strength and mobility. Ideally you will need to have a comprehensive level yoga experience, or fitness abilities.
Power Yoga works to create a powerful mind and body union, developing emotional and physical stability as well as helping you to grow your confidence.

Hello, I’m Anna of Wellbeing Winnie – my dream that grows bigger and more exciting everyday, inspired because of an illness called myalgic encephalomyelitis (M.E) which I have had for 25 years.

It has been a roller coaster of a ride, but through a continual practice of yoga, dedication to my health requirements, studying and embracing new therapies, Now I treat M.E as a friend that I take care of. This relationship positively impacts the type of person I am today, it has changed my values, beliefs, and wider friendships in a profound and beautiful way.

Because I have been practising yoga for twenty years and teaching for the last nine of them. I try and bring all my holistic therapy experience to the mat during classes or private yoga tuition or therapy sessions.
