Wellbeing Winnie hold classes in Castle Donington, Markfield, and Groby. We try to limit the classes to no more than 15 students, to us, less is more.
1. We try to create a safe environment, a sanctuary for each student. The smaller the classes, the more we see of you, your movements, your emotional responses, your struggles and your achievements. In larger classes, it is much more difficult to ensure every student is absorbing the lesson and working safely.
2. We can read the energy in the room and we can adjust the classes to suit, It is never just about poses for us, it's always about your health, happiness and wellbeing. We never just do our own thing, you have come to us for guidance and we want to provide a class that you need and will benefit from.
3. We are learning too, you help us to expand our knowledge and help with our growth as a teacher.
4. By understanding you, your lifestyle, and abilities, we can offer a variety of transitions to help you move through poses.
One – On – One
By getting to know you during private tuition, we can tailor a health and wellness package to suit you. Your requirements for maintaining balance will change according to what you encounter and experience in your environment. We can help you to learn techniques that you can always turn to throughout your life. Our packages aren't just yoga-based, we can help with, diet, nutrition, positive thinking, confidence building, self-esteem, goal setting, letting go of emotionally self-imposed barriers, energy healing and meditation.
We understand that your time is precious, or that your location may restrict you from joining a class. In 2020 WellbeingWinnie will be launching an online learning platform, tutorials will include: Yoga, Meditation, Energy healing and Nutrition.
