Standard Group Classes

£7 - £12 pp

Weekly group session 1 hour class content will vary each session. This are for anyone to join and consider the needs of all abilities. Please note that sessions include aspects of spiritual heath, work with the chakras, meridians. as well has working to improve better physical health,

One-to-One

£35

Yoga and/or Meditation session 1 hour (Max 3 people). These sessions be led from a place of healing, incorporating technique, strength, flexibility, emotional and mental health goals, breath work and meditation.

Consultation

£25

Before starting any form of therapy, all clients will need to attend a 30 minute consultation, this will be a great introduction for both therapist and client, here we can set goals and establish therapeutic requirements.

Lifestyle Coaching

£35

Coaching helps clients to clarify their goals, identify the obstacles holding them back, and help develop strategies for overcoming each obstacle. Including working with a client's strengths to help make life long changes.

Workshops

This are group sessions that typically last from 1-3 hours. These sessions are designed to provide better information on specific subjects. The different subjects include, stress and confidence coaching, yoga techniques, and meditation, ,charkra health and cleansing

Online Tuition/Therapy

These classes to be held via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Whatsapp Each week we can schedule a time that works best for you. Sessions will include a short consultation 'catch up',and visual interactive instruction. We will send you videos you can practise on your own, and we will provide pdf information that will guide you in all the beautiful aspects of healing, yoga, and meditation.

New Instructor Coaching

£35

Coaching during these sessions is for instructors who are new to the world of yoga/Pilates/holistic therapies, helping them on their new path. These sessions can cover anything from lesson structuring and pricing, to legal understanding, legal obligations, and branding

Every head has a secret place…

Sometimes, the thoughts inside our head are the only privacy we have. Our minds create fantasies, hold memories, and build dreams. They can also hold us fast in the darkness, halt us from living, and keep us in fear. You are perfect just as you are right now, the only place where you believe you are contrary to this statement is in your thoughts, in your mind, in your own perception of yourself.

Holistic healing works to create a balance with the mind, body, and spiritual health, using both traditional and non-traditional treatments to help the individual as a whole. It’s a continuous cycle: a healthy mind and good spiritual health can bring positive changes to the physical body, positive treatment and input to the physical body, bring positive changes to our mental health and feelings of self worth.

What To Expect

Primal therapy

Primal therapy is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on helping people connect with their deepest emotions and feelings. The goal of primal therapy is to help people resolve psychological issues by allowing them to express their emotions and feelings in a safe and supportive environment. This approach can help with issues such as anxiety, depression, and low self esteem. The method involves relaxation combined with visualisation to reach information 'from the primal realm,' a place that influences our daily behaviour and life patterns, but that we don't fully understand or knowingly access at a conscious level.

Dream analysis psychotherapy therapy

Dream therapy is a method to help gain insight into a person's psyche. Exploring images and elements of dreams helps to explore subconscious dilemmas or messages. This approach to therapy can help people improve their emotional well-being. By cognitively researching and understanding dreams we can often find connections between dream images and waking life, here we can Identify past experiences that influence the client's personality and experience in the present day. This has a very similar approach to primal therapy; in that images are a key to understanding and accessing 'hidden' information. This therapy can also help a client process PTSD and find methods that can influence a healthy happy storyline of recurring nightmares. Methods include (and are not limited to): Drawing/painting, image analysis, visualisation, writing, general counsel, and Gestalt therapy

Chakra cleansing & healing

We are beings created by energy, our spirit is not held inside our physical bodies, but more that our physical bodies are held and created inside our energetic field (our aura, our astral body). Concentrations of this energy in areas of our bodies form prominent energy centres called 'chakras'. There are seven major chakras that are most commonly known, and that have the most influence on our lives. These are located along the central line of the body from the crown of the head all the way down the spine to the tip of the tailbone. They are points in our bodies in which energy flows from and through. The understanding is, that if any points are energetically blocked or have poor function, then the body is susceptible to physical, emotional and spiritual illness. This approach concentrates on healing and optimising these energy centres by means of one or more therapies which includes: yoga practises, meditation, colour therapy, crystals healing, and breathwork. This can help a client feel less stressed, alleviate symptoms of depression, aid in healing physical ailments, boost confidence, improve mood, relieve insomnia, heal past traumas and improve decision making.

Meditation

The most important lesson you need to learn about meditation … It is something you never really master, it changes for the 'self' so regularly. There is no right or wrong way, no set rules, everyone practises it differently. In these sessions you can either allow yourself to be led through a guided relaxation, or we can teach you practical techniques and various approaches to meditation for you to get the most out of your practice. So as your self awareness grows and changes, so can your meditation practice. According to studies meditation helps to reduce: hostility and reactivity to conflicts, stress, anxiety, symptoms of depression, racing thoughts, egotism. It helps to reduce the risk of strokes and lowers blood pressure, it helps reduce the feeling of loneliness, increasing cognitive retention, focus, positive emotions, feelings of wellbeing, self esteem, physical health, mindfulness, awareness of others, empathy, forgiveness, compassion, curiosity, kindliness, acceptance of self and others, trust, patience, and quality of sleep Whether you close your eyes, whether you listen to music, chant, sit, lie, stand. Whether you join a group, or practise solo, in the garden, in a meditation room... it is irrelevant. Whatever you choose to do, just try and do it as often as you can for whatever amount of time you like or are able.

Hatha yoga

In these sessions you'll be introduce and guided in the yogic world studying aspects of the yogic philosophies and how they can be applied to modern life, Yoga positions and transitions (how they affect the physical and astral body), Mudras (hand positions), Prana (breathwork), some aspects of vedic chanting, meditation, and understanding your daily spiritual and emotional needs. With regular sessions, you will gain the knowledge and confidence to build, understand, and change daily routines to suit daily needs, Regular practise will improve the understanding and awareness of 'self', harmonise organ function (which can help with the bodies natural healing process and immune system), build physical and emotional stamina, clean and re-harmonise energy by balancing the bodies energy meridians and chakras. Improve metabolism, maintain a healthy weight, and aid the bodies natural ability to detox; cleaning and improving the health and life span of cells.

Nutrition

Our nutritional approach can help you to understand food, the metabolism, eating to heal (physical and emotional), building healthy attitudes towards food, and developing a sustainable healthy lifestyle plan. Understanding food requirements for age related factors (such as the menopause), Learning about how the time of day food is consumed can affect energy levels and sleep quality

Herbalism

We will never dismiss an orthodox approach to health and the body, and will never prescribe or provide herbal medication or remedies. By understanding the natural movement of our bodies, the earth, the plants and lunar cycles, we can find new ways to harmonise our relationships with ourselves and the earth. To sustain a happy and healthy planet, involves sustaining happy and healthy people. Sessions that include herbalism and nutrition will help with learning and understanding natural approaches to healing with the use of ‘Nature’s Pharmacy’. The Herbalism view examines various approaches that can be applied to help the body function at an optimum level. Once this is in balance the body can begin to heal the function with much more ease. Examples of these are:

  • Cold Conditions: this is where the body feels sluggish from a cold or similar illnesses, feelings of apathy, lack of motivation, environmental factors such as the daily temperatures and amount of sunlight exposure. With warming herbs to help alleviate these symptoms.
  • Hot Conditions: such as allergies, skin rashes, hyperactivity, insomnia etc. With the use of Cooling Herbs
  • How certain tastes and foods can cause illness or stimulate reactions.
  • Using Harmonisers and Adaptogens and understanding their roles
  • Aromatherapy Oil
  • Bach Flower Remedies

Lifestyle coaching helps people make progress in their lives, aiding their clients in improving their relationships, lifestyle choices, careers and self-esteem in order to attain greater fulfilment on a deeper, more spiritual level. Coaching helps clients to clarify their goals, identify the obstacles holding them back, and help develop strategies for overcoming each obstacle. Including working with a client's strengths to help make life long changes. Sessions may include (but not limited to)

  • Creating a life plan with step by step processes to obtaining goals,  identifying dreams
  • Business coaching,  identifying niche, support with building a brand, understanding legal requirements, the importance of record keeping, brainstorming, and setting goals.
  • Stress reduction and anti anxiety techniques for immediate and long term relief 
  • Confidence coaching and feeling of self worth
  • Breaking of habits and cycles, to help reduce procrastination and expectations that stop a client from moving forwards.
