Our guided relaxations will help anyone who needs to step aside from the stresses of live, or help with calming the mind ready for sleep. Each guided audio will take you to a beautiful island, a sanctuary, a place of peace and safety. So close your eyes and let yourself drift away…

We've Launched Our Blog Page

Yes we know blogging isn’t a new thing…

However, we are now ready to join the party (yes, better late than never).

But our blog contents is what we are most excited about!

Of course we want to share all our tips, techniques, videos, and news, but we have also decided to share teaching tips with other teachers too.

Preparing a class theme and keeping things fresh for the students can be an overwhelming prospect, especially for some one who has only recently qualified. We will endeavour to provide lesson ideas, plans, and tips of the trade that will help to support and inspire you.

Classes Returning to Venues

Classes in Markfield will continue as usual with Sarah Green.
Class Hours

Wednesday

19:00 – 20.00pm

Sunday

10:00 – 11.00am

Although group classes will begin again in the Castle Donington area, they will carry a different vibe. Classes will be intimate with only 6 people over a set period of 5 -6 weeks, the classes will be more therapeutic and will include more aspects such as meditation, chakra cleansing etc ( details of these will be announced in the next few weeks)
 

Beautiful One-to-One Yoga & Meditation

After a long Covid Hibernation, Wellbeing Winnie’s door are ‘re-opening.’
It been great time of reflection for us here. and we can now start moving forward with our plans for the near and far future.
Initially we are offering one to one yoga and meditation sessions at Breedon Priory Health club, 
 
These will also be available in Castle Donington. Classes will be led from a place of healing, incorporating technique, strength, flexibility, emotional and mental health goals, breath work and meditation.
Following on from this, in March, we will be launching Holistic Therapy sessions (more info to follow).

Online Learning

If you can’t make it to us in person, we are happy to teach our one-to-one sessions online,
Each week we can schedule a time that works best for you. Sessions will include a short consultation ‘catch up’,and visual interactive instruction.
We will send you videos you can practise on your own and provide pdf information guidance of all the beautiful aspects of healing, yoga, and meditation
